Waltham Mills Artists' Association The Waltham Mills Artists' Association is a community of artists that fill two side-by-side brick buildings at 144 Moody Street. Two hundred years ago, the Waltham Cotton and Wool Factory established its business here along the Charles River. Over 30 years ago, a group of artists began to rehabilitate space in the buildings that had fallen into disuse.
